Trust & Safety Overview

Fishladder's Trust & Safety module helps your team track, complete, and manage security questionnaires faster. Import questionnaires from external platforms, use AI to auto-fill answers, assign questions to team members, and export completed forms.

  • Browser extension — Scan questionnaires from any webpage (e.g. Meta TPA) and sync them to Fishladder
  • Team assignment — Assign questions to team members, filter by assignee, see your assigned questions
  • SIG Lite template — Pre-built template with 90 questions across 18 security domains, auto-filled from Drata and previous answers
  • File attachments — Attach files to individual questions or to companies
  • Companies view — See all questionnaires grouped by company with company-level file uploads
  • Export — Download questionnaires as PDF, JSON, or text document
  • Activity log — Track who changed what answer, when
  • Comments — Discuss answers with your team before approving
  • Due dates — Set deadlines with overdue tracking on the dashboard

Getting Started

  1. Switch to Trust & Safety using the app switcher in the header
  2. Create a questionnaire manually, from the SIG Lite template, or via the browser extension
  3. Assign questions to team members
  4. Use AI Assist to draft answers and review Drata compliance data
  5. Review, approve, and export the completed questionnaire

Navigation

The Trust & Safety sidebar includes:

  • Dashboard — Questionnaire stats, completion rate, upcoming deadlines, overdue alerts
  • Questionnaires — List of all questionnaires with search, sort, and filter
  • Companies — Questionnaires grouped by company with company file uploads
  • Org Chart — Visualize team hierarchy with reporting relationships and titles
  • Compliance — SOC 2 / ISO 27001 readiness tracking with Drata integration
  • Settings — Extension download, Drata integration, AI configuration, Google Drive access

Question Statuses

  • Pending — Not yet answered
  • Needs Review — Has an answer (from scan, AI, or manual entry) that needs approval
  • Approved — Answer has been reviewed and approved
  • Skipped — Question marked as not applicable
