CRM Overview

Fishladder includes a built-in CRM for managing contacts, companies, deals, and sales pipelines — all integrated with the rest of your workspace.

Using HubSpot? When a team connects HubSpot, the built-in CRM is switched off for everyone so there's only one CRM. Companies and contacts then come from HubSpot and are linked to tasks, boards and pages instead — see HubSpot Integration. Your CRM data isn't deleted; it returns if HubSpot is disconnected.

Key Features

  • Pipeline board — Drag-and-drop deals between stages (Qualified, Meeting Booked, Proposal Sent, Negotiation, Closed Won/Lost)
  • Contacts & companies — Store contact info, company details, relationships, and engagement history
  • Deal management — Track deal values, probabilities, expected close dates, and status
  • Activity timeline — Log calls, emails, meetings, notes, and tasks against any entity
  • Cross-links — Link CRM entities to ATS candidates, projects, and feedback entries
  • Slack alerts — Post task updates for a company's board to a Slack channel (see Slack Integration)
  • AI-powered tools — Score deals, get next-action suggestions, draft emails, analyze pipeline health, and enrich contacts/companies

Getting Started

  1. Switch to the CRM app using the app switcher in the header
  2. Add your first contacts and companies from the sidebar
  3. Create a deal and assign it to a contact or company
  4. Move deals through pipeline stages by dragging cards on the board
  5. Log activities to keep a record of every interaction
