Fishladder includes a built-in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that lets you post jobs, track candidates through your hiring pipeline, and collaborate with your team — all without leaving the platform.

- Pipeline board — Drag-and-drop candidates between stages (Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, etc.)
- Candidate profiles — Store contact info, notes, interviews, ratings, and files
- AI-powered tools — Generate job descriptions, email templates, and interview questions with AI

Getting Started
- Switch to the Hiring app using the app switcher in the header
- Click New Job to create your first job posting
- Configure the pipeline stages in Settings
- Add candidates manually or import them from your existing sources
- Move candidates through stages by dragging cards on the pipeline board
