AI for Roadmap

The AI layer connects your feedback data to your roadmap, helping you discover which projects to build next and how they connect to your strategic goals.

Project Suggestions from Feedback

When you have grouped feedback entries, the AI analyzes the groups and suggests new roadmap projects. For each suggestion it provides:

  • A project title and description based on the feedback theme
  • Which feedback group it addresses and how many entries are in it
  • Whether it overlaps with an existing project on your roadmap

This helps you prioritize what to build based on real user demand rather than guesswork. The suggestions respect your permission settings — in "Ask Before Acting" mode, they appear as pending actions for review.

Goal Connection

The AI can analyze your existing roadmap projects and strategic goals, then suggest which projects map to which goals. This is especially useful when:

  • You have many unlinked projects and want to ensure alignment
  • New goals are added and you want to see which existing work supports them
  • You're preparing a roadmap review and need a quick alignment check

Each suggestion includes a confidence score and reasoning explaining why the connection makes sense.

Cross-Module Intelligence

The AI also performs cross-module analysis that benefits roadmap planning:

  • Feedback routing — New feedback is analyzed for sentiment, urgency, and product area, then routed to the appropriate module (create a task, suggest a roadmap item, or flag for attention).
  • Completion follow-through — When a roadmap item is completed, the AI checks if related feedback has been addressed and suggests follow-up actions like notifying customers or closing feedback entries.
  • Signal analysis — Recurring patterns across feedback, tasks, and the roadmap are surfaced as signals so you can spot trends early.
