Kanban Board
The kanban board organizes your roadmap into a two-dimensional grid: theme rows on the vertical axis and quarterly columns on the horizontal axis. PressK or use the view switcher to open it.

Structure
- Theme rows — horizontal swimlanes you define (e.g., "Growth", "Platform"). Manage them in Settings → Board.
- Initiative sub-rows — within each theme, initiatives group their child projects.
- Quarter columns — six columns spanning ~18 months from the current quarter.
Drag and Drop
- Drag a project card between cells to change its quarter and theme.
- Drag an initiative row (grip handle) to reorder initiatives within a theme.
- Drag an initiative to a different theme to move all its projects along with it.
Card Details
Each card shows the project title, status badge, progress bar, and lead assignee. Click a card to open the edit drawer where you can update all fields.

Unassigned Projects
Projects not assigned to any initiative appear in an "Other" sub-row at the bottom of each theme. Projects with no theme assignment appear in the Unassigned row.
Collapsing
Click the chevron next to an initiative to collapse its child projects. This is useful for focusing on specific areas of your roadmap.
